  • In advanced level asana practice, the deep level practice of Asanas & improvement in flexibility and pose, using various prop stools for support to perfect the body posture. 
  • The help of these advanced asanas improves leg splits and backward & forward bending, Full Body Alignment & so many
  • In the Advanced level, asanas will be practiced, including Sirsasana, Kurmasana, Bhujangasana, Hanumanasana, Standing Chakrasana, Mayurasana, Titibhasana, Purv Rajkapotasana, Full Leg Stretching, etc.
  • Various props such as walls, chairs, blocks (bricks), belts, balls, sticks, and other tools will be used to support the practice of advanced-level asanas.
